Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Mr. Diver Red Sea

  1. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the excursion date or course start date are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the excursion or course start date date may receive a partial refund or may be exchanged for another activity for equivalent value.
  3. In the unlikely event that the sea is closed, another date for the excursion will be offered, if this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.
