No Experience? No Problem!
The Try Scuba program is designed specifically for beginners. You don’t need to be an expert swimmer or own any gear. Under the direct supervision of our professional SSI Instructors, you’ll learn the basics in shallow water before heading out to meet the fish.
What to Expect:
The Basics: A short, easy-to-understand briefing on how the equipment works and how to move underwater.
Shallow Water Practice: We start in waist-deep water where you can stand up at any time. We’ll practice a few simple skills until you feel 100% comfortable.
The Big Moment: Once you’re ready, your instructor will guide you on a shallow reef dive. Hand-in-hand or side-by-side, we’ll explore the vibrant corals and marine life together.
Zero Pressure: This isn’t a “class”—it’s an experience. Our goal is to make sure you have the most fun possible.
